This cake came to me in a dream one night thank goodness when I woke I remembered it. Banana cake layered with banana foster topped off with yes you guessed it I actually crème brûlée the bananas. But of course, we never leave it at just that we add banana buttercream frosting, candied walnuts & our signature caramel sauce.
