I’ve taken some liberties with this recipe instead of the traditional way of making it I’ve decided to do a sponge cake. We like to layer our cakes with flavoured mousses it just gives the cake more flavour. opportunities.
Raspberry Shortcake
Same cake just a different fruit. Raspberries never disappoint always the perfect combination of tart & sweet. I couldn’t imagine not having raspberries in my garden.
